ModbusManager on Linux, Raspberry Pi and macOS?

ModbusManager runs on Windows today. Before we build and support it anywhere else we want to know who would use it, and on what. If you need it on a Linux PC, a Raspberry Pi in a cabinet or a Mac, leave your e-mail below and tick the platform. We write once, when a build for your platform is ready to try. No newsletter, and your address is used for nothing else.

Questions

Does ModbusManager run on Linux?+
Not yet. ModbusManager, its Pro edition and BACManager run on Windows 10 and 11 (x64) today. A Linux build is planned if enough people need it, and this waitlist is how we measure that. Tick Linux PC above and we write once, when a build is ready to try.
Can I run ModbusManager on a Raspberry Pi?+
Not yet. A Raspberry Pi needs an ARM64 Linux build, which is part of the same waitlist. Until then, a small Windows PC in the cabinet with the Runtime licence does the job a Pi usually does: it shows one dashboard full-screen and keeps polling the devices.
Does ModbusManager work on a Mac?+
There is no native macOS build yet. You can run the Windows version in a Windows virtual machine (Parallels, VMware Fusion or VirtualBox). Tick macOS above if you want a native build.
Does Modbus RTU over a USB to RS-485 adapter work inside a virtual machine?+
Yes. Pass the USB adapter through to the Windows virtual machine, and it appears there as a COM port like on a normal PC. For Modbus TCP and BACnet/IP, use a bridged network adapter so the VM is on the same network as the devices.
What happens to my e-mail address?+
It is stored only for this waitlist. We write once, when a build for the platform you ticked is ready. There is no newsletter, and we remove your address whenever you ask (support@modbusmanager.com).
